PARLOR Certificate of Election FORM – CLICK HERE
The Certificate of Election form is a document that needs to be completed by the Parlor Recording Secretary and President. It is required for a Delegate and/or Alternate to be counted. The said form is the proof of election of the said Delegate and/or Alternate. It is important the form is filled out accurately and completely before submitting to the State Chair of Credentials.
