With the sea a shining crown for the city, it seemed very appropriate that the Parlor be named “Queen of the Sea” “Reina Del Mar.”
The seal represents Santa Barbara Mission, which is called the “Queen of the Missions.” It reigns over all and overlooks the beautiful city all the way to the sea.
