Riverside (Riverside County)

The Parlor received its name from the Rancho Jurupa, the place where the city of Riverside was built.

The seal of the Parlor, by Rouie Best Weatherly, depicts Mount Rubidoux with the famous cross of the first Sunrise Service at the center top. The structures are towers built along the road leading to the cross. The tree at the left symbolizes the parent navel orange tree still growing at Magnolia and Arlington avenues and a historical landmark.
