Visalia (Tulare County) 

The Parlor was named in honor of an oak tree located east of Visalia, most famous of all the hundreds of thousands of valley oaks in and near Visalia. Under the tree the first Tulare election was held to adopt the city charter date, July 10, 1852. The tree is over 200 years old.

The seal for the Parlor depicts the Great Seal of the State of California.
